These small postcard books are wonderful for introducing kids to the paintings of great artists. Each book contains 6 full-color postcards size 4-3/16 x 5-3/4 inches. Essentially, these are small art prints - tiny posters that can be used with art history games and sorting activities (such as those included in the great Child Sized Masterpieces and Manual lessons).
Remove the cards from the books (it's easy - each is perforated) and display them at child's level, in art centers, decorating notebook covers, used in collage and student artwork...heck, you can even write a message on the back, add a stamp and mail them to friends! Each card is titles on the back side with artist name and painting's title. Note: a few of the cards show nudes...if this is not appropriate in your teaching, you may remove these cards before using the set with children.)
