This paper is also wonderful for chalk and charcoal drawing (pastel chalks and oil pastels work especially well on the textured surface, and the lighter pastels create wonderful effects on darker paper.) Colored pencils are also good on these papers. The heavy sheets are a great surface for painting with tempera and watercolors.
