Graham Cracker Cabin
This is a fun art project, a great holiday decoration, and tastes good too! Wash and dry a small milk carton and cut off the top ridge. Spread white frosting on the paper plate and stick the carton down. Spread more frosting "snow" on the plate. Spread frosting on graham crackers and stick them onto the sides of the carton to make the cabin walls. Use frosting to glue two more crackers on top, making the roof. Set the cabin aside for at least 2 hours so the frosting can harden.
Now get creative with candies....use frosting to attach candies for the roof, windows, doors and siding. Make a candy walkway, a tiny fence, decorations on the walls. Every cabin will be different, depending on the candies you use and your wonderful imagination.
Materials: Graham crackers, white frosting, a small milk carton, lots of little candies, a paper plate, a knife, a scissors.
Time: 20 minutes to build the cabin.
20-30 minutes to decorate it.
