If you have the right materials, Mail Art is easy to make. This student decorated his envelope with squiggles and waves of puffy acrylic paint, the kind of paint that is sold to decorate T-shirts and hats. It dries into a bumpy, 3-D line. Hot pink paint, black paint, silver and gold glitter make this an envelope as pretty to feel as it is to look at.
