Scott Walters from Peshtigo, Wisconsin used a sheet of black and turquoise blue scratchboard for his underwater picture when he was age 11. The blue color is especially good for this watery world. Scott created a striped fish and octopus (remember, scratchboard drawings look best with lots of lines and patterns so the under-color can show through). Do you see Scott's other sea creatures...a skin-diver, a submarine, an anchor from a ship floating above (too deep to anchor here...), a shipwreck and a sea turtle on the ocean floor?
