Kyle Ida from Peshtigo, Wisconsin created an Undersea World with his sheet of multicolored scratchboard when he was age 10. Klye made a big, fuzzy seaweed with lots and lots of scratched lines, and scattered starfish all around. He filled the water with big and small fish shapes, scratching away all of the black to reveal the blotches of red, yellow, blue and tan underneath.
